Operations Manager

• Manages daily metrics of assigned direct reports (e.g., attendance, attrition, adherence, communication, etc.) by setting clear and attainable goals to team members using the ADEC Performance Management System (APMS) to effectively measure performance and address gaps.
• Supervises receipt, tracking, response and resolution for all inquiries, complaints and feedback from clients and escalates to Operations Manager (if needed) to sustain client satisfaction.
• Develops and reviews action plans according to the departmental objectives to consistently improve metrics and achieve team’s goals.
• Coordinates and makes recommendations on HR related concerns such as Manpower Requests, Internal and External Trainings, Employee Movements, Cases, and Engagement Activities, etc. to the Senior Operations Manager and HR Business Partner for continuous employee development.
• Reviews processes and procedures to contribute to generating process improvement initiatives in line with the team/department’s strategy that leads to providing excellent customer service.

Prepares, reviews and analyzes necessary performance related reports as needed in order to ensure that management is updated and recommends action plans to mitigate identified
