Job Description - Operations Specialist

Operations Specialist | CSR | SALES REP | Back Office | ONSITE

Permanent On-Site work setup. Our office is located at Eastwood in Quezon City

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-5yrs BPO experience 
  • At least 2yrs of experience in handling non-voice accounts
  • Extensive back-office CSR experience.
  • Outbound sales experience required.
  • Leads Generation experience required.
  • Must have Virtual Assistant background/experience.
  • Must have Admin background/experience.

Job Description:

  • Your first priority is to provide exceptional service by embodying the core values of the company in all of your interactions with our guests and chauffeur worldwide. You are the voice and face of the company.
  • You will work to resolve a wide variety of queries for guests and chauffeurs, utilizing a broad understanding of our policies and procedures to do so.
  • You will communicate over phone, email and chat to resolve queries, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone within these interactions.
  • You have the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching, resolving, and de-escalating issues.
  • You will remain cognizant of service levels, ensuring that we manage incoming queries as quickly as possible, while aiming for a first contact resolution.
  • Familiar with the company’s products and worldwide availability, you will use your role to generate sales through effective cross promotion and upselling.
  • You have the ability to foster positive relationships with team members, managers, and other departments.
  • You will promote and encourage an open feedback culture within the company.
  • You are organized, a self-starter, and able to begin and follow through with tasks.
