Job Description This role is CS Everywhere - permanent Work from Home with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. CS Everywhere includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Use the office when there is Internet or power Issue. Pop in and have a coffee with team mates.

• Provide secretarial support to one or more paralegals at the firm.
• Handling clerical and administrative legal tasks.
• Organize all legal documents and ensure they are updated.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 2-3+ years' experience as a paralegal or legal secretary
• Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
• Working knowledge of litigation management software systems
• Ability to type with a speed of at least 50 wpm with high accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
