• Experience in Payretto payroll software is highly advantageous for the role.
  
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
  
• Thorough understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Command Excellence: Your Vital Role in Financial Services Mastery

Payroll Processing

• Accurately process payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
  
• Stay informed about local and international payroll laws to ensure compliance across all regions.
  
• Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly and accurately.
  

Reporting and Analysis

• Coordinate the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculation, and distribution of payments.
  
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Generate payroll-related reports for audit, due diligence, and ad hoc projects.
  
• Liaise with payroll providers to ensure timely submission of payroll journals to the Finance team.
  

Audit and Controls

• Maintain robust internal controls and audit procedures to uphold payroll data integrity.
  

Process Improvement

• Identify areas for process enhancement and participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Support initiatives to optimize and modernize payroll processes, contributing to overall financial efficiency.
