Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of any course preferably Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• With license is an advantage, but not required
• At least 3-years' experience in the water/wastewater treatment sector; preferred but not required.
• At least 5-years' experience in end-to-end procurement process of goods and services - bidding, negotiation, contract administration and accreditation of vendors.
• With good network of suppliers and vendors related to water/wastewater treatment sector.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Capable of working under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality.
• Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable/ report preparation.
• Good team player
• Able to work under pressure

Job Description

COST MANAGEMENT

1.1  Supports SEA Project in optimizing the best possible options to achieve the target cost savings.

1.2  Negotiates with the Supplier/ Contractor fairly in terms of commercial and pricing conditions (such as project acceptable Price, Payment Terms, LD etc.) that is according to the company/ project requirement.

1.3Supports the Proposal team or Supply Chain Manager in obtaining budgetary quotation for any procurement support necessary for clients bidding requirement.

TIMELY DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES

2.1  Ensures the timely delivery of ordered items or services required for the assigned SEA project.

2.2Executes the PR-PO process in a timely manner.

2.3Provides the required procurement reports or any other related procurement documentation such as TCO / Bid tabulations and Project/ Management approval requests.

SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION

3.1  Responsible for sourcing of possible new Supplier/ Contractor that is capable to Supply the correct equipment/ services required by the Project.

3.2  Provides proper assessment according to company procedure for the Supplier, Contractor, or Logistics provider qualification/ accreditation process.

3.3  Supports in maintaining the Supplier list/ data base, Pricing PO files and records or any other initiatives/ programs for the development of Supply chain department.

ORDER FULLFILLMENT CYCLE, EXPEDITING & LOGISTICS

4.1Ensures that the end-to-end Procurement PR-PO process, is according to Suez/ Project procedures and policies.

4.2  Responsibilities may include but not limited to purchasing, expediting, logistics, material warehousing or any related works maybe assigned for the department initiatives or programs.

HSE& ETHICS POLICY AWARENESS

5.1  Observes a high level of Integrity, in terms of Suez Ethics and HSE policies, practiced in the day-to-day activity.

5.2Ensures the awareness of the Supplier/ Contractor to Suez stringent policies on HSE and Ethics

Salary: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
