Product Designer

Poplar Homes is looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team and help disrupt the property management space. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering intuitive and engaging experiences on our application. NOTE: This opportunity is only available in Davao City.

Responsibilities:

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Create wireframes, mockups, storyboards, user flows, and other deliverables to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

- Collaborate with various teams across the company to assist in building new features and improving user experience throughout the product

- Can visually communicate ideas through mockups and prototypes to test with users and stakeholders, create user flows and processes that simplify user interaction

- Design innovative solutions to eliminate waste and optimize efficiency, and focus on delivering intuitive and user-centered solutions.

Requirements:

- Experience in Product or UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in shipping solutions

- Highly refined aesthetic sense and deep understanding of fundamental design principles

- Experience or solid understanding of various user research methodologies applied across the product development process

- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to think critically and clearly articulate design decisions.

- Familiarity with coding and can understand and work with its capabilities and limitations.

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and Growth Hacking is a plus

- B ackground designing CRM and mobile applications is preferred
