Job Description - Product Operations Associate

Description As Angkas' Product Operations Associate, you will be included in numerous projects and responsibilities that will aid your career/professional growth for the ProductOps Team. What you will do:
Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources and properly processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis, creates and maintain visualizations/dashboards
Analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions and creation of appropriate dashboards and scorecards for Management, Product Owners, Product Managers or any cross-functional stakeholders
A cross-functional role focused on Streamlining product processes, workflows, and collaboration across the entire organization.
Increase the efficiency of the product team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing product usage data to help product management make informed decisions.
Focus on tooling and tech stack management, product enablement, customer feedback comprehension, product experimentation, continuous team training, and other areas.
Work with other teams in the company to facilitate customer feedback loops for the product team
Implement other administrative, human resource, and operational processes within the product team
Come up, and implement go-to-market strategies and a playbook for our existing products
Other ad hoc or administrative task provided
Requirements What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Statistics
At Least 1-2 years of relevant experience
High attention to detail
Has the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
Diligent and resourceful
Excellent communications skills
Pro-active and has initiative
Project management skills
Strong stakeholder presentation skills
Experience working in a startup tech company is a plus
