Description:
As a Product Training Manager, you will serve as a clinical and product knowledge
expert, focusing on the planning, delivery, and monitoring of product knowledge training
programs and certification to our newly hired and/or field-based sales teams for the assigned
products under your supervision. The primary goal of the Product Training Manager is to ensure
that new members of the sales team progress along the projected certification pathway
consistent with PPI standards and that they perform at the highest levels of proficiency, assuring
the safe and effective application of our products, up to and including certification exam
administration. Additional job responsibilities will include creating and implementing continuing
clinical education and product training for the field-based support team, and assisting with
customer activities in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned product/s science, clinical application,
and any clinical updates.
. Take the initiative to stay updated on the latest clinical research, medical literature, and
industry trends in therapeutic areas related to the assigned products.
. Regularly incorporate new product knowledge and clinical updates into training materials
and sessions.
. Act as the subject matter expert in the clinical applications of the assigned products.
Training and Education:
. Develop and deliver comprehensive training and education to sales teams and/or
healthcare staff on the clinical science and application of the assigned products.
. Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and presentations for the assigned
products tailored to the specific needs of the sales teams and/or healthcare providers.
. Develop documentation for pre- or post-customer training, such as quick guides,
presentations, tutorials, turning customers into power-users, etc.
. Create educational and training materials, including product manuals, presentations,
brochures, and online resources, to support healthcare professionals.
. Ensure that sales teams have a thorough understanding of the company's products and
their clinical applications.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product management, clinical education, sales, or
related business management roles preferably related to Anti-infective products, Cardio-
Metabolic products, Anesthesia & Critical Care products, and Renal Care Products.
. Experience speaking and presenting to clinical profiles, dialysis nurses, other health care
practitioners.
. Proven ability to drive success in an entrepreneurial organization, working with different
internal and external/customer cultures.
. Proven drive, proactivity, and willingness to succeed in an entrepreneurial organization.
. Proven analytical and creative talent, tactical and strategic thinking, and innovative and
pragmatic approaches.
. Proven strengths in multi-tasking and project management.
. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
