The Administrative Assistant of the Project Management Department's responsibilities include working closely with the Head of Project Management to prepare the required materials and equipment for the project within the timeframe. He /She will perform various coordinating tasks with the Technical Engineer and Purchasing Officer to perform the administrative duties in line with the acquisition of project requirements. He/She will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, materials, and information.
- Assists in project procurement management.
- Assists in preparation for budget.
- Creation Purchase Request through Acumatica.
- Processes NTC License of projects
- Ensures the cost of materials is within the budget.
- Creates and updates the equipment and materials monitoring through Smartsheet.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment and Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or Business Management or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in document processing and MS Office applications/ programs.
Soft Skills:
- Multi-tasking skills.
- With keen attention to detail and can work under pressure.
