Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
- Join every client meetings whether virtual or personal (from alignment meetings, ocular surveys, team building day, and post huddle);
- Coordinate with the HR officer, and/or contact person of the client;
- Check with Logistics Head as they prepare to make sure that all materials needed for team building is complete and correct
- Organize meetings for the Team Builders for alignment, task distribution, and important instructions
- Communicate with the Finance Head for the budget needed for the Team Building
ON TEAM BUILDING
- Cheerfully communicate with the contact person from our client
- Secure quick huddles before team building, during lunch breaks, and post team building
- Check if the tech/audio is working, station heads/team builders are all good, including materials needed
- Easily adapt to changes and quick to make alternative decisions
- Timekeeper of the team building to make sure we start and end on time
- Get the balance/payment of the client on the day
- Make sure that team builders are safe from meeting on the pick-up point all the way in going home
- Secure that evaluation forms will be answered at least 70% of the participants
POST TEAM BUILDING
- Conduct meetings if necessary with the Team Builders
- Collate the documented photos and videos and save on drive
- Communicate with the client for any post duties if needed
