About this Opportunity 

  • Salary starts at 30,000 Php/month
  • Full-time remote
  • 28 days of Paid leave credits
  • 13th Month pay (upon completion of 3 month probationary period)
  • HMO on the 3rd month (upon completion of 3 month probationary period)
  • Day shift, AEST


Job Description As part of the Project Marketing Team, your role entails the creation of  property flyers (‘Individual Lot Flyers’)  using Canva templates. You will extract Australian real estate property images, features, and pricing from PDF brochures, ensuring quality in the final output. Primary Responsibilities

  • Extraction of images from Real Estate brochures using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Production of Individual Lot Flyers (ILFs) for all stock in the company’s sales pipeline.
  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
  • Operate with the company’s design guidelines, delivering consistent branding and styles across both internal and external documents.
  • Apply quality assurance procedures to your workflow.
  • Regular reporting of project status to the Project Operations Manager.  

Key Skills & Qualities

  • Bachelor degree in graphic design, marketing, communications,  or related field.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with reviewing real estate site plans and floor plans. Background in real estate marketing is highly regarded but not required.
  • Knowledge of layouts and  graphic fundamentals.
  • Excellent attention and eye for detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
  • This role is requiring to work through Zoom for 8 hours with the camera on


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of  full time work experience in graphic design or marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Canva and Photoshop.


Key Result Areas

  • Support the successful launch of company projects by uploading project and property images in the image library.
  • Support the successful launch of company projects by ensuring that ILFs are published within the required timeframes.
  • Apply QA procedures to maintain output quality within company KPIs.


Computer System Requirements: 

  • RAM: 16GB if possible, 8GB minimum. FullHD display or higher with a minimum resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. 512GB + SSD hard drive space, 1TB or more preferable.
