Job Description - Property Admin

Job Description: 1. Security Coordinator - Conduct Orientation and Seminar for security

  1. Monthly checking of garbage summary each client
  2. CCTV request and concern
  3. Assist Government Inspection
  4. Food Monitoring
- Update client regarding monthly food gatepass delivery 6. Pay Parking - Encoding of Pay parking monitoring Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications:

-F.E.M.A.L.E

  • Must have 1 to 3 years working experience in any related field
  • With property experience is a plus (Real Estate, Construction, Manpower Agency, and Finance)
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any related field (Business Administration and Hotel Management/Tourism)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 25 to 35 yrs. old
Benefits: Basic Salary 20,000/month Meal Allowance Paid overtime With Performance Bonus 13th month pay Mandated Government Benefits Location: Parañaque City (Near Pearl Plaza and In front of Protacio Hospital)
