Property Management Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a Property Management Accounting Clerk that is organized and focused on details. In addition to overseeing a range of accounting responsibilities linked to property management, the ideal applicant will be in charge of maintaining timely and accurate financial records. Job Responsibilities:

• Go through all the bank accounts and reconcile. Enter all expenses and income into the program. Enter all tenants with their info and rental payments and details.
• Be on top of payments and deposits etc.
• Enter all financial transactions, including expenses and income, into the accounting program.
• Manage tenant information, rental payments, and other details in the property management system.
• Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the property management industry.
• Proficiency in ManageGo Program and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
