Job Description - Q: Contract Administrator

Ensuring that a construction contract between the client and the contractor is executed in accordance with the terms of the contract, the tender stage, and the post-construction stage. This role is to work across both residential and commercial construction projects. The Salary Range: Php 30,000 to Php 40,000 The Work Set-Up:
  • Work onsite
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift (6am - 3pm)

The Responsibilities:
  • Procurement schedule.
  • Contract management and negotiations.
  • Letting of contracts and scope of works.
  • Managing contractual risks - WHS, QA, budgets, and schedules.
  • Processing claims and variations.
  • Cost control and cost reports.
  • Maintain documentation, data registers, and systems.
  • Read, analyse, or use construction plans to prepare takeoffs and estimates.
  • Support the Director with the general administration duties.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and on-line content tasks.
The Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience with residential/commercial construction in a Contracts Administrator role
  • 3 years of experience as an Estimator or similar role
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the building and construction process
  • Knowledge in using construction management and estimating software such as Procore, Cubit, etc.
  • Knowledge in MYOB accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software, high level of proficiency in MS Office, and Google apps
  • Strong time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
