QSD Operations Auditor

Job Description:
• Promotes the use of a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customers.
• Follow the Company’s developed Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties and responsibilities
• Assist in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implementation of the Quality process required to support QMS and the company's Quality Objectives.
• Conduct Audit and investigation of all delivery lapses.
• Identify areas for process weakness and propose appropriate control to mitigate liability.
• Monitor corrective actions implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor nonconformities ensuring that this manner, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficiencies.
• Performs audits of processes and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOPs
• Maintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the Operations
• Review and analysis of Shipment Discrepancy for Vizmin.
• Checking of Truck movement Log.
• Monitoring and analysis of pending RPO, Pending Post Receive, and Production Output.
• Documentation of Audit Process
• Conduct special Audit as per Management's requirements.
• Conduct Truck Audit.
• Do other assigned tasks User Remarks: 

• BS Industrial Engineering graduate. 
• Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience or a minimum of 1 year in an audit position. 
• Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration. 
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria. 
• Excellent problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills are a must. 
• Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members creatively and effectively.
