Job Description - Quality Analyst - Credit Operations, SeaBank

Job Description
Perform end to end QA evaluations of collections agents and ensure adherence to process/SOPs.
Conducts QA calibration sessions with Team Members and Outsourced Collection Agencies. Ensures that QA SOP/process is always up to date.
Prepare QA reports.
Identify gaps and suggest improvements to maintain good quality service.
Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in banking and finance or any related courses).
At least 3 - 6 years experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Analyst or any related role.
Background in Quality Assurance and has experienced at least handling small teams. Preferably from the banking industry.
Requires strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to analyze and summarize information.
Open to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
