Real Estate Analyst

Salary: 60,000 PHP a month

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities

• Develop financial models to evaluate the feasibility of potential development projects

• Assist in preparing investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with project managers to gather data and insights on project progress and market conditions

• Perform due diligence on potential land acquisitions and development opportunities

• Monitor economic, social, and governmental factors that could impact the real estate market

• Provide recommendations based on analysis to support strategic decision-making

• A Master™s degree or professional certifications is a plus

• Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or Architecture

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel

• Understanding of real estate markets, development processes, property valuation, and investment strategies

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders
