Work from the comforts of your own home! We're looking for someone to help with real estate rental and booking coordination. This role is expected to have calls and emails daily, along with its administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls to liaise between property renters and property managers Key Collection management: Calling property receptions for keys and power confirmation Email management Manage and maintain the booking schedule Support property managers with non-responding tenants and NOEs Maintain an accurate job record-keeping system and ensure files are up-to-date Coordinate with auditors Support work order management Day-to-day assistance where needed Ideal Skills and Attributes: Previous Lettings Administration or Property Administration or Property Management Administration experience (1-2 years) Have strong time management skills Have high levels of attention to detail A self-starter who can work autonomously and is willing to assist other team members Confident communicator and enjoys liaising with different people System Knowledge: ServiceM8 and Monday.com experience is preferred Experience in Salesforce is an absolute advantage Intermediate Microsoft knowledge required: Excel, Word, Teams Benefits: Full-time, long-term position HMO for employee and 1 dependent Monday-Friday morning shift Permanent weekends off
