Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Receptionist at 88th Avenue located in Cebu. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills

Must be a 4 year graduate of any business-related courses

Have at least one (1) year of related work experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially in English
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
