Recruitment Specialist

Octacore Global Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Kawit, Cavite, Philippines. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions within the company.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and job specifications.
3. Source potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
6. Conduct reference checks and employment verifications for potential hires.
7. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
8. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 5 days per week in our office in Kawit, Cavite.
