Job Description:
Zennya is seeking a dedicated and independent Administrative Associate to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to grow their career in an exciting industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies - Handle data entry and maintain accurate records - Prepare reports and presentations for meetings - Assist with event planning and coordination - Conduct research and analysis as needed - Support other team members with various tasks as required
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High level of emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
