Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at KMC Solutions. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis - Support the team with day-to-day tasks and projects to ensure efficiency and productivity - Communicate effectively with team members and external parties - Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations


Requirements: - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Strong cooperation and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
