Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home


Job Description:


Homebase is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator working from home in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Assist with documentation and filing, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed - Support team members with various administrative tasks as assigned - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and coordination of tasks - Assist with project management and tracking deadlines - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Proactively identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and offer solutions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
