Job Description - BB Marketing Manager

Job Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of  B2B Marketing Manager within our team. This position entails overseeing a team of Non-Voice Appointment Setters specializing in Email & LinkedIn Outreach, tasked with generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or related fields, coupled with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.


Salary: PHP 60,000 Base pay + PHP 20,000 KPI Bonus
Schedule: Graveyard

 

Requirements : 1. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in leading and managing a team, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
2. Expertise in Email Marketing and LinkedIn Outreach : 5+ years of proven track record of success in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or related fields, with a deep understanding of best practices and strategies.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as well as familiarity with CRM systems.
6. Results Orientation: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving outcomes and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
7. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
9. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
10. Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Non-Voice Appointment Setters to ensure they meet and exceed targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
2. Campaign Strategy: Develop strategic plans for email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including segmentation, messaging, and targeting, to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
3. Performance Management: Monitor team performance metrics, analyze results, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
4. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, keeping them updated on industry best practices and tools.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and professionalism of email and LinkedIn messages sent by the team.
6. Database Management: Oversee the maintenance of a comprehensive database of leads and contacts, ensuring data integrity and hygiene.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align appointment setting efforts with overall campaign objectives and sales goals.
8. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of appointment setting processes.
9. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on team performance, campaign metrics, and key insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
10. Stay Abreast of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in email and LinkedIn algorithms to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
