Job Description - Brand Operations Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

The Brand Operations associate (BOA) ensures purchase orders (POs) arrive on time and in accordance with Huckberry’s routing guidelines and represents Huckberry’s interests when interacting with our vendors. You will report directly to the Brand Operations Associate and work closely with our Warehouse and Buying teams. You will also be our go to get work done--including tackling unexpected tasks and unplanned projects on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor email inboxes and keep records on the status of purchase orders·
  • Ensure on-time and accurate warehouse purchase order delivery and receiving by communicating with buyers, vendors, warehouse, and operations teams
  • Manage domestic freight shipping
  • Monitor dropship purchase orders, orders shipped to customers by vendors, and communicate with vendors
  • Monitoring international shipments
  • Submitting internal warehouse orders
  • Support other Operations special projects


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years relevant E-commerce, inventory, or order management professional experience with major retail companies
  • Highly detail oriented and organized
  • Strong ability to self-prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and spur of the moment asks
  • Problem solver, independent thinker
  • Highly analytical
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and NetSuite
  • Clear and effective, near fluent English written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 11PM - 6AM
