Job Description - Broker Onboarding Administrator

About the role

The Broker Lifecycle Team is responsible for assisting the Group’s brokers during their onboarding journey to ensure they have met all regulatory and licencing requirements as the embark on their broking journey across varying group channels.

The Broker Onboarding Administrator is responsible for ensuring that new brokers to the Lendi Group Business are correctly set up in the systems and accredited before meeting customers

Job Description

  • Co-ordinate agreed components of Broker On-Boarding and associated processes and system requirements within policy, in a timely manner
  • Manage the pre-onboarding broker experience, develop and tailor broker specific assistance for each new broker based on their needs
  • Regular communication with brokers and sales leaders to engage all parties involved the broker experience
  • Assist brokers with managing their daily tasks and completion in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to assist with the setup of new Brokers
  • Collect onboarding feedback and draw insights for future improvement of the onboarding offering
  • Review and confirm accuracy of broker details
  • Manage internal inboxes
  • MaintainStandard Operating Procedures
  • Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
  • Identify & support any continuous improvement initiative and or strategic/ business delivery that directly affects the team. Taking the lead and providing data to support the positioning of these projects.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within an customer service role of similar nature.
  • Ability to build & maintain key relationships with business partners.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and organise priorities to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and results driven
  • Ability to use Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to manage and understand key Performance Indicators.
