3. Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or issues with diplomacy and problemsolving skills striving to resolve them promptly and to the satisfaction of the guest.

4. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with guests team members and other departments within the resort to ensure that all guest requests and needs are met promptly.

5. Guest Information: Maintain uptodate information on local attractions events and services to provide guests with accurate recommendations and information.

6. Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks such as managing the concierge desks budget inventory and reporting.

7. Security and Safety: Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings and follow established protocols for handling securityrelated matters.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required but a college degree in hospitality or related fields can be an advantage.

3 years of experience in a concierge or guest services or similar role gained from a 5star luxury Resort.

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is often preferred.

2. Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

3. Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with guests staff and other departments.

4. ProblemSolving Skills: The ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations with tact and diplomacy is crucial.

5. Organizational Skills: The role involves multitasking and prioritizing guest requests and team responsibilities effectively.
