As a Senior Contract Manager you will play a pivotal role in our clients team. Your responsibilities include preparing negotiating and reviewing company contracts for sales purchases and partnerships. Ensuring compliance with legal standards analyzing risks and maintaining meticulous records are key aspects of this role.

Your Blueprint to Joining Our Team:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Law or a related field.
  • 5 years or more of proven experience in contract management or administration.
  • Must have Australian environmental experience (minimum of 12 years).
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and terms of use.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Building Bridges: Your Role in Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Draft contracts outlining the terms and conditions of sales and purchases.
  • Ensure contract language is clear concise and legally binding.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to finalize contract details.
  • Engage in negotiations with business partners to establish favorable terms.
  • Balance the interests of both parties while safeguarding the organization s rights.
  • Ensure contract terms align with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Regularly review existing contracts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Update contract terms as needed based on changing business requirements.
  • Verify accuracy and consistency in contract language.
  • Communicate contract terms to managers department heads and other relevant parties.
  • Address any questions or concerns related to contract provisions.
  • Ensure all stakeholders understand their obligations and rights under the contract.
  • Monitor contract performance and adherence to agreedupon terms.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to address any breaches or disputes.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Identify risks associated with specific contract terms.
  • Mitigate risks by proposing alternative clauses or adjustments.
  • Balance risk management with business objectives.
