Job Summary The HR Admin will define, implement, and grow a talent sourcing function to support recruitment initiatives within the organization to proactively build a diverse talent pipeline for a broad range of needs, including succession planning, new positions, and backfill to open positions. Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating and posting job ads to relevant job boards.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of hiring requirements.
- Source and attract candidates using social media and local groups.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates.
- Determines hiring requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings/interviews to determine qualifications.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Schedule interviews with the hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Process pre-employment requirements and assist with the weekly new hire onboarding.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
- Performs administrative work such as preparing service agreements, coordinating onboarding schedules, hiring timelines, and others that are necessary for a smooth candidate experience.
- Create regular reports on HR metrics.
- Answer employee queries on HR-related concerns.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements - At least 2 years’ experience in sourcing/recruitment.
- A good eye for talent and strong intuition for technical abilities and culture fit.
- Having an active LinkedIn profile with a high volume of connections is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
- Proficient in sourcing candidates through different social media platforms and websites.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in offshore recruiting/sourcing is a plus.
