• 8:30-5:30 initially, Flexible between 6am-6pm once competent in job duties
Client Location/Timezone: California, US, Pacific
Job/Company Overview: The prospect runs an insurance agency based in California. He has around 500 homeowner insurance clients whose policies are being non-renewed by a particular carrier.
Job Responsibilities:
● Review list of policies being non-renewed by current carrier
● Access client CRM to gather existing policy details
● Use new carrier systems to generate updated homeowner’s insurance quotes
● Compile quote details into organized files for internal team
● Ensure data integrity across all systems and records
Scope
● Focused on California homeowner’s insurance policies
● No outbound client communication required initially
● Access to internal CRM and carrier quote systems will be provided
Requirements:
● Previous experience in data entry, file management or administrative roles
● Familiarity with using CRMs and updating client records
● Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
● Proficiency in English communication skills
As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
