Mandarin-Speaking Insurance Virtual Assistant (P&C)

All Virtual Staffing places remote virtual assistants with U.S. insurance agencies. We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking VA with Property & Casualty (P&C) experience to support agency service and operations work for our clients.

Location: Remote — Philippines preferred

Pay: $6–$8 USD/hour DOE (paid in USD)

Hours: Overlap with U.S. insurance agency hours (flexible discuss shift)

What you’ll do:

1. Support personal and/or commercial P&C workflows (auto, homeowners, BOP, etc.)
2. Handle client follow-ups by email/chat/phone as directed
3. Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and document collection
4. Update AMS records (e.g. NowCerts, Applied Epic, QQCatalyst, or similar)
5. Assist with quoting support, renewals, and ACORD forms when trained
6. Communicate clearly in English with U.S. agency staff use Mandarin when the client needs Chinese-language support

Requirements (must-haves):

1. Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese (state your level: native / fluent / conversational)
2. Hands-on Property & Casualty experience (auto, HO, commercial CSR, quoting, claims admin, or agency service — not health-only)
3. Strong written and spoken English
4. Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and own computer
5. Comfortable working with U.S. clients and business hours overlap
6. Based in the Philippines (strongly preferred)

Nice to have: U.S. insurance agency experience AMS (NowCerts, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, AgencyBloc) ACORD/COIs/carrier portals Spanish a plus.
