Network Operations Center Team Lead

Role Description

The Head of Network Operations Center is a full-time hybrid role located in Rockwell Business Center, Pasig, with some work from home acceptable. The successful candidate will manage a team of network administrators, overseeing the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of the company's computer network operations. The role requires ensuring network security and designing new networks that meet the company's operational needs.

Qualifications

• Provide technical support and assistance to a broad customer base, subscribing to a wide range of products and services.
• Proactively detect anomalies and performance issues, and bring to resolution to the full satisfaction of our customers.
• Utilize network performance monitoring tools to identify impairments that may affect services sold.
• Perform end-to-end trouble isolation and repair on physical layer services purchased by our customers.
• Utilize test tools and equipment to isolate the cause of impairments on the Radius Network.
• Interact with Customer Service Centers, Network Management Centers, Service Provider Operations Centers, Radius Internal Group and Customers to facilitate isolation and repair of faults in the network within established baseline objectives.
• Keep customers updated on efforts aimed at restoration of their services.
• Maintain accurate logs of trouble isolation and repair efforts.
