Dive into Success: Essential Skills Required

• Experienced Support Engineer (tier 34)/IT sys admin/Network Operations Eng. background
  
• Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Networking TCP/IP Firewalls and proxy servers
  
• Ability to read applicative system logs and search for relevant root causes for issues
  
• Great troubleshooting abilities and passion for diving into complicated technical problems in real production environments
  
• Experience working with a Cloud SaaS technology provider
  
• Familiarity with Network & security protocols and standards
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment with a willingness to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  
• Ability to work effectively and thrive in a fastpaced environment
  
• Ability to work with a globally dispersed crosscultural team
  

Ignite Your Impact: Key Duties Ahead

• Own and manage our clients production system uptime and functionality including troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve various system/network issues
  
• Engage investigate and escalate NetOps Alerting during working hours and follow up on alerts from off hours (IL working hours)
  
• Track and monitor system status and identify both areas of concern and growth opportunities
  
• Mitigate outages and system malfunctions to ensure no customer impact and prepare escalation by priority/urgency for IL DEV teams
  
• Engage with 3rd party service providers for resolution of network/system issues (e.g. carriers SMS providers etc.)
  
• Provide higher tier system support for our clients customer support T13
  
• Follow up on IX provider communication to expand and optimize our clients network s internet connectivity
  
• Create dashboards and alerting for our client s system functionality
  
• Be a focal point for our client s support/field Eng. by understanding the business use cases
  
• Be a part of building improving and expanding our clients NetOps ownership
