Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Coins.ph is seeking a hardworking and reliable Office Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions of the office to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and in working order. 2. Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, setting up conference rooms, and arranging catering as needed. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls. 4. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up workstations and coordinating with HR. 5. Maintain office cleanliness and organization, overseeing cleaning staff and ensuring a pleasant working environment for all employees. 6. Plan and coordinate office events and activities to promote teamwork and boost morale. 7. Assist with budget management and expense tracking, ensuring all expenditures are within budget guidelines. 8. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and support cross-functional projects. 9. Conduct regular analysis of office processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing creative solutions. 10. Other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or related role. 3. Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Experience with budget management and expense tracking. 10. Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
