As an Office Manager at Coins.ph, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the work-from-home team. This role requires a high level of independence and the ability to work hard to meet deadlines and achieve results.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all administrative functions of the office, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. - Implement and oversee office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. - Manage and coordinate team projects and initiatives, providing support and guidance as needed. - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and meetings. - Handle employee inquiries and issues, escalating to higher management as needed. - Work closely with the HR department to onboard new employees and coordinate training sessions. - Monitor and report on office expenses, budgeting, and financial records.
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in office management or a related field. - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home setting is a plus.
