Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

FlySpaces is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate remote operations for FlySpaces, including but not limited to client bookings, partner communication, and issue resolution. - Conduct negotiations with partners to ensure successful partnerships and collaborations. - Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. - Monitor and analyze operational data to make informed decisions and improvements. - Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in remote operations, preferably in the hospitality or tech industry. - Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for operational excellence. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
