Operations Associate

Job Description:

Resellee is seeking a motivated and resilient Operations Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role.

Responsibilities: 1. Execute day-to-day operations including order processing, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and ensure timely delivery of products. 3. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. 4. Provide support to the Operations Manager in strategic planning and decision-making. 5. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations activities. 6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other operational tools. 6. Decision-making skills and emotional intelligence to handle complex situations. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 8. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
