Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a
remote working position with a requirement to operate within UK hours. As part of our
team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client services using our
proprietary software, conducting fault investigations and diagnostics, providing first and
second line technical support, and contributing to technical transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client services using our software platform
Conduct fault investigations and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical
issues promptly
Provide first and second line technical support to our clients
Collaborate effectively as part of a technical transformation team to migrate
services from legacy software to next-generation systems
Participate in an on-call support rota for out-of-hours assistance
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Network Engineering or Database Operations experience
Process management / Project Team experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work UK hours and participate in on-call support rota
Advantageous Skills and Experience
Telephony systems, especially IP Telephony
UK or US customer facing role
Production of Technical Support documentation
