Operations Manager

Job Description:

As the Operations Manager at Lazada Philippines, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in Davao City, Davao, PH. Your main duties will include optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing a team of employees and coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including inventory management and logistics - Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Dedication and passion for driving organizational success - Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience in people management and team building - Knowledge of best practices in operations management
