Operations Manager

Job Description:

MadEats, a leading food and beverage company based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a reliable and passionate Operations Manager to join our team. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in operations management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across all departments. - Manage inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain logistics to meet customer demand. - Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense management to achieve financial targets. - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners. - Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and professional development. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety requirements.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
