Job Description:
AllCare is seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents - Conduct research on various topics as needed - Handle confidential information with discretion - Assist with special projects and events as required - Maintain office supplies and equipment - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
