Project Development Associate

COMPANY: FILINVEST ALABANG INC. KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of feasibility studies and market scans.
Coordination with external and internal partners to ensure project is within budget and is completed on a timely manner.
Conceptualization and implementation of priming efforts both for residential and township projects
Overall project monitoring including site oculars.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management Marketing or equivalent.

Preferably with 12 years of real estate experience or brand management or project management experience in other industries.

Experience in brand management for luxury brands and products is a plus.

Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
