Project Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing and providing inputs to new products/business and enhancements to current product and systems covered by the loans product life-cycle.

Responsible for the successful delivery of projects that focuses on enhancements to the current design within defined timelines and objective.

Presents business opportunity, new product concept, unique value proposition, target market, technical requirements, high-level process flow, proposed pricing, profitability analysis, proposed sales and marketing strategy.

The role requires the candidate to be located in Pasig, but flexibility for some remote work is acceptable. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of planning, executing, and finalizing projects using agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders
• Ability to lead and influence others, and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in utilizing project management software tools
• Experience in agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or related field
