Senior Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our team. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, and selecting qualified candidates to contribute to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing : Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates, evaluating their suitability for specific roles.
• Candidate Selection : Collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates who align with project requirements and team dynamics.
• Talent Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruitment Metrics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
• Candidate Experience : Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely solutions.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on recruitment best practices, trends, and technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role in the BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent to support business objectives.
• Able to support a Work from Home setup
• Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
• Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
