The main responsibilities of a Shift Duty Executive include:

  • Preferred location of staff: Metro Manila, Philippines
  • Ensure SWAT Transportation services run smoothly and meet KPI, including closely tracking driver, vendor and transport operations
  • Provide first line service support for passengers, drivers and operators including managing any in-app queries they might have
  • Create and setup service sessions on SWAT's cool operation interface
  • Supports regional project in multiple countries where SWAT has services running
  • Resolve, or when necessary, escalate issues promptly to minimize disruption of service
  • Track dashboards and monitor new technology feature roll outs when they go-live
  • Propose and implement new process improvements, analytics and measurable KPIs to continuously enhance SWAT's customer service and operations
  • Prepare periodic operational and billing reports
  • Support the project team in project rollouts when necessary
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned on a day-to-day basis

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 1-2 years of operations and customer service experience for candidates is preferred
  • Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Fresh Diploma graduates who are eager to learn are welcome to apply!
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English, a second language is preferred (Mandarin Chinese preferred)
  • Comfortable in using technology (apps, software)
  • Only suitable candidates will be contacted

It will also be favorable if you are:

  • Desired customer service background
  • This job is very hands on, with the right training, candidate should be able to handle most issues himself/herself when the need arises
  • This job entails supporting SWAT projects remotely
  • Independent - able to function in a new office with a small number of employees or even alone and self-driven to adapt to the changes of a start-up environment
  • Able to operate in an autonomous environment with limited supervision and support able to work well with teammates from different countries and Singapore HQ
  • Team player - able to pick up the slack to ensure the smooth running of operations, gets the job done
  • Fast learner and technologically savvy, able to pick up new tools and tech-concepts quickly
  • Cool-headed and patient, able to maintain professionalism during times of disputes and resolve issues calmly, even when under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize, responsible and hands on when needed. This is relevant both on the operation side and on the customer-facing aspects. We are a lean team, at times, all hands are needed on deck!
  • Passionate about customer success
  • Quickly able to judge when escalations are required, but decisive to solve most issues independently
  • Able to do shift work and work during odd-hours when the need arises, to ensure operations are not disrupted during the entire day
  • Street smart and thinks fast on your feet

Working Details:

  • Shift work including night shift (Singapore time)
  • Days - Thursday to Monday
  • Working Hours - 2300hrs to 0800hrs
  • 5-day work week (rest days on weekdays)
  • Work from Home

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
