Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Virtual Assistant to join our team at Pushkart.ph in Davao City, PH. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities: - Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Manage and update databases and spreadsheets - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents - Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking - Perform research on various topics as needed - Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence - Provide general support to team members and help with daily tasks as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role - Excellent communication and people management skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
