Remote Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a passionate and confident Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals with excellent communication and creativity skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, virtual work environment and be eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents. 2. Assist in customer service tasks, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Conduct research and compile data for various projects as assigned. 4. Assist with social media management and content creation. 5. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives. 6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. 7. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite. 5. Comfortable working in a virtual environment and utilizing online collaboration tools. 6. Passion for learning and growth. 7. Creativity and problem-solving skills.
