Job Description - Research Coordinator

About the Client:

They advise clients on how to tell their brand story strengthen their reputation and win customers.

Their approach starts with market research uncovering how key audiences think what shapes their habits and choices and what messages and actions move them. Then they deliver strategic thinking about what it means and what action to take.

Job Summary:

This role will focus on identifying and engaging new panel experts for the firm to add to our research panel. A core function of the role will require being proactive and up to speed on industry trends fielding recruit questions and managing communications with experts and internally in a team.

In addition this role will focus on identifying and developing new products for the firm to offer clients. A core function of the role will require being proactive and up to speed on industry trends fielding vendor pitches and managing the onboarding and implementation process of

new panels.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruitment projects based on the client teams requests for interviews focus groups and surveys
  • Proactively conduct online research to identify potential experts for our panels
  • Engage potential panelists by performing initial outreach through a personal LinkedIn account over email and phone calls
  • Communicate and interact with panel experts in an extremely timely manner
  • Work closely with other internal and external teams such as consultants management and other operations team members
  • Maintain a database of recruitment outreach and other fieldwork information
  • Regularly update and report on recruitment projects status
  • Participate in updating and maintaining the team s CRM platform
  • Report to our Manager of Qualitative Research and work with other Research Coordinators on a team

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree required Master s degree a plus
  • Fulltime or internship experience in market research or recruitment with experience in successfully managing projects preferred
  • Superior communication skills including demonstrated oral written and presentation abilities in a businessfocused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone email inperson etc.)
  • Experience with different cultures either domestically or while studying/ working abroad
  • Effective relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent skills in multitasking and managing priorities
  • Must be able to work from 9PM6AM
  • Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati
