Job Description - REVENUE ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR / S

Department: Revenue Management Department, RRA Group

Region: HEAD OFFICE

Number of vacancies: 1

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Tariff Design and Revenue Administration Manager, under the Tariff Design and Revenue Administration Division, the successful candidate is expected to supervise the administration of plans and programs related to revenue administration including compliance with the requirements of the Rules for Setting Transmission Wheeling Rates (RTWR), Rules Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Open Access Transmission Service (OATS) Rules, and other pertinent regulatory directives, issuances, rules, and regulations relative to revenue determination and administration for optimal revenue recovery of NGCP.

1. FILING OF RATE APPLICATIONS ON REGULATED SERVICES

Supervises the filing of tariff-related applications/petitions with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) for regulated transmission services as required under regulatory issuances and guidelines to ensure optimal recovery of NGCP revenue.

2. CONDUCT OF REVENUE ADMINISTRATION

Supervises revenue administration through monitoring and reconciliation of revenue from regulated transmission services and other related businesses as well as the formulation of studies, policies/guidelines, and position papers concerning revenue determination and tariff design.

 
3. MANPOWER ADMINISTRATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Supervises direct reports to ensure completion of targets and compliance with company rules, regulations and Code of Conduct (COC). Provides inputs and implements initiatives relative to personnel development, performance management and career goals. Effectively outlines objectives, expectations and timeframes on the delivery of outputs.

3. SAFETY AND QUALITY COMPLIANCE

Ensures activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety and quality standards and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably Business or Engineering with PRC License, if applicable
  • 3 years relevant work experience
  • Proficient in written and oral communications
  • Working knowledge of NGCP’s internal business processes and transmission business
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Supervisory Skills
