RTO Quality Assurance Administration Officer ZRJOB

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Quality Assurance Administration Officer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on ensuring the smooth operation of quality assurance processes while providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality records managing documentation and assisting in quality control activities to uphold the highest standards of product or service quality. Job Description:

• Initiate engagement with the Partnerships division to guarantee compliance of all records with our internal QA System before expanding support to other divisions.
• Conduct thorough reviews of documentation ensuring alignment with the Standards for Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) 2015 and other relevant requirements.
• Collaborate in developing and enhancing QA policies and procedures to continuously improve quality standards.
• Provide assistance to clients to ensure the compliance of their documentation with applicable regulations and standards.
• Perform internal audits across divisions to assess compliance with established QA policies and procedures.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in Australian Registered Training Organizations (RTOs).
• Extensive familiarity with Standards for RTOs 2015.
• Proficiency in utilizing student management systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and proprietary software systems including cloudbased platforms such as Teams SharePoint and Word.
• Familiarity with CanvasLMS online learning management system is preferred though not mandatory.
• Indepth understanding and practical experience with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system in Australia encompassing the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and Standards for RTOs 2015.
• Possession of TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable but not obligatory.
• Strong digital literacy capable of efficiently navigating various digital platforms and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
• Selfdriven and highly motivated individual with a genuine passion for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
• Resourceful and capable of working autonomously while also contributing effectively as a valued member of a professional team.
